The account invite emails are going to my customer's spam folder - what can I do?

If you've configured B2B Handsfree to send account invite emails to newly registered B2B customers and those emails are ending up in your customers' spam folders, here's what you can do about it.

B2B Handsfree doesn't actually send these emails. Instead, it triggers them to be sent by Shopify. These are the same emails that go out when a customer registers an account using the default registration form.

Shopify sends these emails on your (the store owner's) behalf. To ensure that these emails aren't treated as spam by the recipients' email apps, you need to verify your store's domain for sending email. You can find out how to do that on this page in Shopify's help portal.
