While you can translate B2B Handsfree's default form fields in your theme's language settings, Custom Fields cannot be translated there.
If your store is only available in one language, simply configure your Custom Fields using that language. For example, if your store is only available in English, name the Custom Fields and labels in English.
If your store is available in multiple languages and visitors can switch between these languages, you are using some kind of multilingual app like Langify. Multilingual apps offer a way to translate texts that don't appear in your theme's language settings but are rather contained in a theme's files somewhere. In Langify these translations can be configured in the Custom section.
Use this feature in your translation app to create a custom translation for each Custom Field you created in B2B Handsfree. Set the text that you want to be translated to the text you entered for the Custom Field in B2B Handsfree and then add the respective translation for that text in the translation app.
