Note: This only applies to legacy OS 1.0 themes. If you are using a 2.0 theme with B2B Handsfree's App Block, just add the app block to the desired template in the new theme using the theme customizer.
B2B Handsfree always installs the registration form into the live theme. That means that if you ever publish a different theme, B2B Handsfree's registration form will not be present in that theme and you will see an error message in the B2B Handsfree dashboard.
In this case you will have to re-install the B2B registration form into the new live theme. Open the B2B Handsfree app by going to Apps in your Shopify admin and then clicking the Settings button in the B2B Handsfree dashboard.
On the settings page, scroll down to the box titled Rewrite Registration Page Template.
Activate the checkbox Force rewrite of B2B Registration Template and then click Rewrite template. Then go back to the B2B Handsfree dashboard – the previous error message should now have disappeared. Click the View page button the view the registration page on the storefront.
If the registration form looks good and works without any issues, you're done. If the form looks broken or doesn't integrate well into the theme design, the template probably has to be manually customized to fit your store's theme.
If you switched to a completely new theme (e. g. from Dawn to Prestige), open a support ticket and we'll get the registration form properly installed for you. If you switched to a newer version of the same theme (e. g. you switched from Dawn 3.1.0 to Dawn 4.0.0), follow these steps to copy the registration page template from the previous theme version over to the new live theme.
Go to Online store > Themes and next to the old, previously published theme, click Actions > Edit code. This will open up the theme code editor.
Inside the theme code editor click on the file page.b2bapp.liquid in the Templates folder.
This will open that file in the editor on the right. Select the entire contents of that file and copy it to your clipboard.
Now go back to Online store > Themes and click Actions > Edit code next to the live theme. Then click Add a new template.
Fill out the dialog like in the following screenshot:
Then click Create template. Now paste the contents of the page.b2bapp.liquid file you copied earlier into this file and save it.
Now you go back to the B2B Handsfree dashboard and click View page. If the registration form still doesn't look right, open a support ticket and we'll get it fixed for you.
